    With all the excitement and demand for the Apple iPhone comes the opportunity for those wishing to spread viruses and using the iPhone’s hungry market to achieve their goals. Using pop-up advertisements offering free gifts or to purchase an iPhone with a link to a fake iphone.com page complete with an order page where you enter personal information.

     

    The fake order page has signs to look out for if you are suspicious such as there is no SSL encryption used and the payment used is Western Union or Moneygram. The Malware installed on your computer is then spread by way of your email system making it important to have adequate detection software installed on your PC.
