A Seminary graduate, Dr. Boylan has a Master of Divinity degree and a Ph.D. in psychology. He has also written many books on both the Old and New Testaments, has served as a Christian Chaplin at West Point Military Academy and pastured several churches. His missionary out reach to both the Christian and non Christian communities includes religious tract writing and radio show production and broadcasting. A one time staff member of the renowned Minirth Clinic, Dallas, Dr. Frank Minirth came to know him over the years and referred to him an ‘insightful man who truly loves the Lord’.
